Andrew Halbert is a tri-licensed tradesperson holding 310S Automotive, 310T Truck & Coach, and 310J Trailer certifications — a rare combination that reflects over two decades of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.

Throughout his career, Andrew has worked as a licensed technician, mechanical sub-contractor, apprenticeship mentor, and supervisor — giving him a ground-level understanding of how shops operate from the bay floor to the management office. His background includes Emergency Vehicle certification, 5S Lean Yellow Belt training, and active involvement as a certified Health & Safety Committee Member.
